Design Proposal

This proposal is designed to create a landmark in Undri, Pune. The project includes two high-rise towers with curved balconies that provide natural shading within the structure. Commercial showrooms have been provided on the ground floor. The towers are designed to be energy-efficient and sustainable. They will be equipped with solar panels and rainwater harvesting systems. The development will also have a green roof, which will help to improve air quality and reduce the heat island effect.
